I started a new position in DECK and added to VCLK.
UPDATE: I added to GSVC sub $18 on the $100 mill offering news. Like I said in The PPT, this raises the stakes for GSVC and makes the model substantial. Longer term, this is a huge plus for the company, providing they invest wisely.

Take a glance at SVVC – another closed end that invests in private companies. They were originally structured as a mutual fund in 2005 (TVFQX), but they recently converted to a CEF this year. When they made the switch their Net Asset Value was $27.01. They held $19m in securities and $75m in cash. Shares outstanding is 3.5m.

Since they changed structures they have released no further info re: investments or portfolio changes – yet they are now trading at $16.xx. Assuming their equity portfolio went to $0, they still have ~$21.50/share in cash.

not sure man company only has 60mm mkt cap so now they gonna dilute da crap outa things.. feel alot more comfotable if they raised 30mm or so but man feels like over kill dilution to me
