A Marvelous Marvel

Rolling into today’s trade, the entirety of my personal account was long just one stock, leveraged at 150%. Additionally, for managed accounts, one stock made up 20% of my holdings.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I win even when losing. Like the inexplicable nonsense taking place at Puma Punku, “The Fly” finds himself practically unscathed by today’s carnage, long boatloads of OPEN, much to your chagrin. Naturally, your initial reaction will be one of denial, classic third class behavior. However, I insist that you respect the banner by which I am represented. You do not need to like me, just respect the hammer, for it is stained with the brains of my mortal enemies.

For managed accounts, I was down less than 1.25%, thanks to the fucking homos at APC.

My sense, we trade up soon. On the eyes of Jupiter, the bulls shall have their revenge soon and it will be served in a very vengeful manner.

Indeud.

I wouldn’t be suprise if OPEN will get taken over by Groupon or GOOG in the next couple of weeks. I’ll take a shot to that.

So you think Groupon has over $2B of cash sitting around? I don’t know any VC-companies that have that…and they’re not going to reverse merger into them…nice thought though.

Groupon has a rough market cap of about $6B, hence they can easily finance this purchase.

How? There is no way Groupon is going to use that fake private market exchange to raise cash equal to 50% of it’s fictitious market cap, to then go spend it all on a public company.

Groupon taking over OPEN would be like NDN ecstatic over getting sales leads to the plutocracy.

Intercoms to internets, for food there’s no comparison. Like a child helping his father clean the gutters, they’ll never step on the latter [sic]. OPEN sat its 200M diner and generated $8B at its partner restaurants. I’d only sell OPEN outright for an egregious premium. That company is awesome, and I actually use it.

Bear trap is set. Here’s to the “Day of Rage” and the non-event it will be. Long and looking to prime the St. Patty’s pump with some freshly minted green.

Why the fuck would we trade up soon? This market has been nothing but smoke and mirrors for over a year, remember, when VXX was all the rage?

This market is going to shit very soon, then its going on vacation for the shitty summer when gas goes to $7.00.

The way things are going CSTNet in China will do a Zuckerberg on OPEN, OINK will castrate YUM and Georgia Pacific will take over the world’s chopstick franchise. Potere è meglio di fottere!

OEW Recap – the decline is about 40% complete … Watch for a bottom between 1220 and 1260 with 1220 being the most likely (-9%)

“OEW has confirmed a downtrend and the SPX 1344 high labeling has been upgraded to black for Major wave 1. With a confirmed Major wave 2 downtrend now underway we can now eliminate all alternate counts and concentrate on the market activity for this correction. The seven month uptrend, July10-Feb11, has ended.”

“Counting from the SPX 1344 high we have labeled the SPX 1294 low as Intermediate wave A of an ABC correction. SPX 1332 has been labeled Intermediate wave B. Therefore Intermediate wave C should now be underway. When it ends Intermediate waves A, B and C will have completed Major wave 2.”

“Since Int. A was a 50 point decline, 1344-1294, Int. C should be some fibonacci multiple of wave A starting from the B wave high of SPX 1332. There are three levels worth watching: SPX 1282 (c = a), 1252 (c = 1.62a) and 1202 (c = 2.62a). Also, the previous two Major wave corrections declined exactly 9.1%. This would suggest a Major Wave 2 low around SPX 1222.”

“When we compare these four price levels to our OEW pivots we find that SPX 1252 is in between two pivots (1240 and 1261), and SPX 1222 is exactly at a pivot. As for the other two, SPX 1282 and 1202; 1282 appears to be too short to end this correction, and 1202 is also in between two pivots, (1187 and 1222). Our preference would be for a Major Wave 2 low around the OEW 1222 pivot, with the 1240 and 1261 pivots as additional possibilities. ”

Comment: 9% correction from 1344 = 1223 (worst case scenario but most likely) with a possibility of 1260 or 1240 as more optimistic alternate bottoms. Sell the next rally if you want to raise cash or add hedges and hold through the remainder of the correction.

Market will bottom when all the fund managers stop going on tv saying “there is nothing to worry about, this is a garden variety 10% pullback”.

Wait until the bears start appearing on CNBC and you can’t find bullish PM.

So I just got back from taking my 81 year old mother in law, visiting from up North, to the cheap theater (.50 ticket and $4.00 for a tub of buttered popcorn and a free refill).
She wanted to see the Disney movie (animated) Tangled.
Rapunzel is an 18 year old Princess wearing a low cut dress.
And I am sitting there half the time saying to myself- I think I see nipple.
Now I am not sure if I am a dirty old man or a pervert or maybe both.

You just wanted to see if your M-I-L’s tits looked like your wife’s ….

But seriously, those Disney artists are slick and known to slip a few X-rated scenes past the little ones if they aren’t implanting a lifetime of nightmares.
