You will be waiting a long, long time. Do not postulate a lower stock market because we are going higher. The very basis of that position is counter-intuitive and against the prevailing trend. In other words, I throw pieces of ham at your face, while you cower under your magic umbrella.
There is no such thing as “easy money”; but this is as good as it gets. Having said that, and I know you agree, why bet against this modern marvel?
For the day I retraced less than 0.2%, basically flat. I had minor losses in EXK, MOS and KEG and gains in ATPG, AGU and FORM.

I understand your concern about BORN and how short sellers might manipulate information to their advantage, but please understand we are not in that 20% short float and hold no shares short.

“On the ground” means some of our research team is on location in China physically doing due diligence. We visit the business and verify as much information as possible. We also check into local government regulations to make sure the company is following local protocol wherever we can.
Example: ABCD_CHINA_CORP_BLAH_BLAH says they are manufacturing car parts at location x,y,z. When we get there we find a lake where the business was supposed to be located. We want investors to know that information.
Sure, and who is paying for “some of your ‘research team'” to run about the landscape of China to “verify” actual companies conducting business as opposed to finding a lake?
Your words paint a pretty picture, but reality is that there is no chance chance that you have any such overseas operating capabilities. Checking into local government regulations? Chuckling “Indeud”.

Dollars to donuts, you guys mucked up the analysis on BORN
THQI guided down
donuts are worth quite a bit more than dollars these days…some peeps are even starting to hoard them
Long just 5,000 thqi. I had orders for 200,000. Winning while losing.
Sold PWER today @ $12.00 1 day ahead of earnings! I am probably going to regret the hell out of that trade but a profit is a profit! It was up 6.2 % today when I sold it. It will probably continue higher tomorrow and possibly higher yet again after earnings release. But there are no guarantees!
I also sold TTWO @ $13.80 up 5.2% today when I sold it. TTWO was up a lot because of THQI earnings. TTWO doesn’t report until Feb.8 so I am hoping I can buy again on any dip.
It may be another trade I regret for selling too early.
Oh well, I made a little money, I’ll have to see how it all plays out.
