Seriously, The Fly is thebest, unequalled and without peer and if I were to have any more kids, I’d name them after him. the fly KILLED IT in the last few years I’ve been following the blog. His personal leverage account was up 10x in 2010 and I can’t remember a year he was up less than 30%. Seriously one of the best investors I’ve ever seen.

AGNC just priced a 600m dollar offering at 28.
It’s the only way a REIT can grow. 20% dividend, 5% per quarter, but you could probably trade it in 60 days
for a little better, and skip the dividend. Rinse and repeat until you fear a rate hike looming, March is the next
ex dividend.
