I intend to sell short this overpriced pig a great deal, up to $71.

Very bold shorting what many percieve to be a parabolic blow-off. But it’s not.
It is simply a marginal new high or the classic “Wyckoff Spring” before a reversal.
But you’ll need a little patience…

I would wait to short gold stocks until you get a gap up in the price of gold and the stocks (the majors like ABX,GG,AEM,NEM-or just GDX etf) start fading the price as the gold price goes up (amateur buying on the gap up).
It is coming but not here yet.

Gold just made a new high – and again XAU and HUI did not made a new high…they did not made it above their 2009 high – LOL

Here are historical charts of NEM and ABX and as you can see NEM was $56 in April ’96 and ABX was about $30 back then.
The gold price was substantially less (about $400).
I would contend that the etf GLD has siphoned investor $$ from the actual gold stocks.

Exactly – the hedgies are all hiding in the ETF’s and will be the first ones out the door when someone yells fire … the perfect short or put option play if they have options.

The GLD etf (and some of the other commodity etfs) are fueling prices higher than they should be
It will be like the Three Stooges trying to get out of the door at the same time when the outflows begin.
The problem is when?
Could be a long time.
In the absence of short sellers in this etf the stampede will be even more brutal.
In 2008 GDX lost about 75 %!!!
They were notorious and stupid hedgers.
I own neither (nor AEM, for the worth of it).

Market starting to go green … if we rally to a new high on the SPX (1128), I will add more hedges (TZA/FAZ) and hold my longs expecting a max pullback to 1090.
Expecting TZA to drop from up $1 to down $1 soon … walk the tightrope close to 1030 without breaching it leaving most afraid to take it then resume it’s climb as 1030 holds one last time.
Got my buy in for $28.35 …

Sold crazy person GME Sept 20 puts from this morning at $0.55 (112% intraday profit). Was up to 200% at one point but I set a stop and left it.
This market will rally until I am forced to sell out of my DXD position. Once I drop that turd, the market will crash.
You can try to fuck gold, hey you can try to fuck another fly …
whatever makes your cherry pop… can you do it? That is another story…
