Thanks for the kind words boy sailor dude, but ZH would probably not encourage long strategies. In 2009, POMO trading was one of the the most reliable trading strategies. Yesterday continued the streak of up days on POMO days.

Look at TLT in 2008. From Sep to Nov we had three volatile advances (tops if you will), then a massive breakout to commence an epic run-up in t-bonds. Meanwhile, the equities market, aka as the bonds market’s retarded brother, decided to commence its own rally for a month and a half. We all know how that ended for equities.
Dips may (or may not!) be bought for a few seconds, but the smart thing to do with such high level of macro uncertainty is to sit in cash. At least that is what the smarter investors are currently doing, cutting exposure and waiting. If an enduring rally commences, there will be plenty of time to get in.

Just fustrated today, I post on my newest toy on Breadth in the Peanut Gallery last night and I do a simple Math Error which messed up all my numbers….it was Advance -decline Volume = 300,000,000 for resistance, not 30,000,000….I really should move it to a computer setup vs me and a pencil…just fustrated.
