Price did not get over 1080. I am looking for a pullback and then a possible breakout. I went to cash late in the day yesterday as price could not break out over the last high. I am not doing anything until the first 60 minutes of the trading day give or take. Looking for maybe 50% retracement of the last several days range and then a challenge over 1080. If price moves lower then say 1040, then we are headed for the 900s. Hit the exit doors…

It was a fucking metaphor. The market took a shit as the games closed in China in 08. That was the beginning of the end. How fitting it is for a bullshit sporting event that commemorates the ability for the world to “get along” while competing for one’s country.
You have no fucking clue how important the Olympics are to the leaders of the world. Hitler used the Olympics in 1936, and we still talk about worthless fucks like Jesse Owens because of it. Hitler sat and watched the games as though it was his chance to prove to the world that he was the supreme leader. We point to our black athletes, led by Owens, as the juxtaposition to his assertions.
1936 was in no way a unique event either. The Greeks came up with the games for their own perverted world domination dreams.
As for the importance of these Winter Olympics. I don’t really care. It was just an observation. Balance Sheets and Income Statements are what matters for individual companies.
There has been and will be no recovery. The only relation between that and the Olympics is that there won’t be another Olympics in this country for a LONG LONG time. The world has moved on…

j – Actually the LEAK indicator is a very effective market timing tool. It’s closely related to the JAVA and the BEER indicator. I once saw a Simpson’s episode, where Homer got a piece of Uranium stuck in his pants, and went to the track and bought a bunch of BUD. He cleaned up on that trade. I think those indicators might be added to the PPT in V 3.0 along with the “GOABH” hits indicator. Stay tuned.
