Telemark and Cheviot are the catalysts, primarily.
They have a bunch of crazy bastards in their finance department, because to say they get kind of creative with financing is like saying my mother was kind of a whore in college.
More than doubling production in 2010 with commensurate cash flows. Taking the uneconomical from the integrated majors, and imposing their prowess on the fields.
A shift to more “oily” reserves. Lots of asset value including infrastructure that can, hopefully, be monetized.
I was in this one at $8 out at $12 a while ago, and now back in at $12 for the surge. The shorts are going to get massacred once production materializes (in the next 2-3 quarters).
First production from Telemark is scheduled for late March / early April. Company says for sure before end of March, but having worked in the industry for 15+ years I know how these things slip.
And the Sept 10 Puts aren’t too expensive if you need a hedge, provided you can find the liquidity…..
