The indexes closed out today right at the last swing high. I am thinking the election in Mass will have a big effect the next few days. We also have several large institutions like WFC and BAC reporting. GOOG is reporting on Thurs I believe.
So right now may be pivot or breakout point. We will see tomorrow.

Fly, I sold the IBM Feb. $130.00 put and then picked up the IBM Feb. $135.00 call. How do you think that trade will work out in the end?
Did you net any cash for taking this risk?
The idea was to get the money to purchase the call from selling the put. So if IBM is between $130-135 on expiration, I’m even. If IBM is above $135 on expiration, I bank coin. If IBM is below $130, I’m hurting. Anyway, it looks like IBM has support right around $129, so I am fairly confident IBM is north of $130 by expiration. Just want to get other people’s thoughts. The report was killer, but it got no love in the after hours. Just looks like a little profit taking before the next leg up. IBM should be trading between $140-150, in my opinion.
