I told y’all to raise some currency out of ya’ll pissant brokerage accounts, so that the market makers don’t take back all that cold-hard cash. YEEEEE-HAAAAAWWW.

Anyways, have yourself a merry time shortin’ this darn market. I’ll be at back, shootin’ at the deers, steers and queers, over in Texas-land. YEEEE-HAAAAWWWWW.

    • The_Real_Hmmmm says:

Oh deary lawd! I figures Ma’ Market done got all torn up on that Devil’s elixir moonshine agains. That there Euro is holdin’ that trendline still and has ain’t broke yet. This here rally will be as fuckin’ useless as tits on a boar when that EUR/USD breaks and hangs up its spurs. I reckon it’d be fit to sell some calls or maybe short some Chiiiiinese names.

Now then genl’men, whaddya say we get hitch up the wagon and get along little doggies. Y’all come back now ya hear!

Wow, gold stock shorts are getting their faces doused in battery acid this morning. I didn’t see that coming. I’m lucky I got out of that trainwreck in time.

  7. Mr. Cain Thaler says:

Hey The_Real_Hmmm, if you’re running around, do you have estimates on the average cost per barrel for storage?

    • The_Real_Hmmmm says:

I’m not really sure Cain. I would think each refiner would have some kind of storage facility that sits as assets on their balance sheet where they can hold a tangible amount of oil. As far as oil tankers floating in the oceans go, from what I’ve read there are two basic contracts- single voyage, or chartered (TCE). The TCE, which most oil tanker floaters use, costs approximately $25K per day now and shifts with the cost of oil. I think most of the Dry Bulk companies post their TCE rates in their quarterlies but here’s where I got some info:

Mr. Cain Thaler and The_Real_Hmmmm would both be great choices for tabbed bloggers some time in the future, IMHO. I enjoy reading your work, gentlemen.

  14. Mr. President says:

Days like today are very useful to test your sand. If you aren’t sweating any of your positions, then you bought them for good reason and have the confidence to hold.

Days like today flush out the BS you shouldn’t have bought in the first place.

  15. DEVILDOG says:

Damn! I’m making big coin on my 2ND SHORT on GMCR that I posted here on Monday. FUCK the Fly and j. BTW, Fly I’ve got your portfolio on a watch list and you are losing your ass today. Especially your top 3 from last night’s post. Well done turkey day dumb ass. Have a nice day! S&P 204.

    • Hammy says:

The direction of my thoughts (which, with the sustained fucking stupidity you’re exhibiting I hesitate to voicen) is that after a decent run up, i expect equities to take a little breather.

I think Dr. Fly mentioned how much he was looking forward to a pullback. They happen to offer great entry points in this bull market.

      Dog:

Pleazzzze. You are not making any real money as you don’t have any money left after your losses in FAZ. However I must say, it’s good to see you interested in the market even if you’re now paper trading. Good luck with it.

  16. Mr. President says:

Let’s play a game. Post 1 or 2 positions you are still holding that are currently egregious (copyright, iBC, 2007) unrealized losses. Le Fly, you can play too!

I am holding TSTR from $1.95 and WNR from $5.49. Beat that!

    • DMG says:

      GAIN - from $14.

      Oh, HELLO!

    • DPeezy says:

A few years ago I threw several grand at a pink sheets company called ‘The Employer’ (EPLI). After months of ineptitude and an acquisition by the equally inept VBLU (also .PK), I’m down roughly 97% on it. There’s really no point in selling now…

    • Mr. Cain Thaler says:

GKK from $5 something. Was worse when it dipped below a buck for a while there.

RSO would have made the list too, except it went on a retard run and I sold out for profits.

  17. z says:

Mr. DevilDog, why do you have dark brown marks on your rear end?

  18. DSB says:

  21. RNB says:

Did that company GMCR buy in canada sell that coffee from shat out beans? Cause taste is even mo bitter today.

  22. tgarfield says:

Instead of FTK try NOSOF. Noront resources. junior miner. NOT on the TSX.
Rocking today off support and drilling news. I think another dollar if not more in it.

Junior miner so buy at an appropiate risk level.

    Discussion on Agoracom

  23. Hammy says:

I’m going to drink a cup of GMCR from my Keurig as I study this early Texas afternoon.

  24. JakeGint says:
