I would put a minimum liquidity and price requirements to filter out the useless stocks. For example: average weighted 6 mo daily traded volume: 50k; average weighted 1 mo daily volume: 100k in order to screen for an increasing interest in the stock; then I’d put a $3 price floor, but who am I to advice the greatest trader alive?
