Comment: Staying above 734 for some time (1-2 days) may confirm WaveB … Rejection of the 20 dsma could set the bears up for a trap (careful Danny) but a breach of 717 pivot and a test of 696 would most likely re-establish continuation of WaveA downtrend.
This rally is wonderful…can’t wait for the right time to get short again – doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon. I’m thinking beware the Ides of March, but don’t know right now.
This rally is an example of what happens when too many people are caught either short or under invested. Now that the world is not going to end tomorrow, we are seeing a massive rally. Like I said yesterday, I am looking for 20-25% upside on the major indices. Dow 8000 S&P 800 at the very minimum. I will start shorting again at those levels.
