    Modeling TBT since it’s inception, it’s value matches very well the Excel formula: TBT=power(30yr-bond-rate, 1.36)*8.78. If 30yr rates go to 9% in 2010 as the Fed monetizes, then TBT will go to approx $175.

    Nonlinear predictable stuff is a good thing…
