If, for any reason, you want to go long stocks, take a look at APA this morning. Fourth Q earnings doubled. EPS est was 2.52, they came in at 3.19. News just came out, earnings call to come. Company is in the Basic Materials Sector (Oil and Gas). I’m just sayin……
Also, I would take a good hard look at JBLU for a swing trade.
Homeowners will stop payments on these loans as soon as the payments go up or when they get “underwater” the value of the house drops below the mortgage balance.
Then they will stay in the house until the bank kicks them out. The process takes a few months to more than a year. No bailout program will stop this.
