“Chris Hayes’ recent remarks on MSNBC regarding our fallen service members are reprehensible and disgusting,” Richard DeNoyer, a VFW official, told Fox News in a statement. “His words reflect his obvious disregard for the service and sacrifice of the men and women who have paid the ultimate price while defending our nation. His insipid statement is particularly callous because it comes at a time when our entire nation pauses to reflect and honor the memory of our nations’ fallen heroes.”

I was shocked when I heard Chris Hayes had said this. What is wrong with people like him? Freedom is not really free, and many have paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
I salute our fallen warriors. To our veterans and people in the service, please ignore this confused idiot Chris Hayes, as it’s not worth your trouble.
After watching the video of the discussions on this matter it is beyond me how anyone could come to the conclusion that any veteran has been disrespected. I would suggest to anyone who is thinking about a off the cuff comment about this first take the time to view and listen to what was discussed.
