I found a speech in Philidelphia in the same year. The quote wasn’t the same but perhaps it is a paraphrasing of this?

Maybe I’m missing something. But as a voter of Harry Brown (2000), the more I hear from 2012 Libertarians, the more offended and alienated I feel.
