chapter 11 is how you get out from underneath a union. you pay the liability for current vested workers,then slam the door on the rest. you stay in business for the most part,but it’s the newly crafted austerity for the, “left out to rot” workforce,which when comes to pass will only have one of two options in which to pick from,take the new pay scale,or, take a hike. thats what gm and the rest did it’s become the norm.
