  1. what

Misleading title. Saying it’s okay to protest is a lot different than they approve of the groups message or what job they are doing protesting.

This should say 13% of New Yorkers disprove of the constitutional 1st amendment rights to free speech.

For example, say I personally think the protesters are a bunch of goof off misfits with no clear message or planned goal. However, I think it’s perfectly fine for them to protest, and I am fine with them doing so, as annoying as they are. If I say they can’t protest, than what right do I have to ever share my opinion without being a hypocrite. Right to peacefully assemble is perfectly okay, that does NOT mean I approve.

Or for example, say I support the party, dislike wallstreet, and like protesting, but don’t think the protesters are doing a good job and are not getting results. YES, I can still disprove of them even if I support their cause.
