No candidate has a statistically significant lead over obama. Based on the size of the polling numbers no candidate has enough of a lead to cover the margin of error.
In other words, While obama has a statistically significant lead over all republicans except Romney and Cain, neither Romney or Cain have a statistically significant lead over obama.
Also, based on these numbers you cannot conclusively say that Cain has a better chance of defeating obama than Romney
Margin of error is 3% meaning you can be 90% confident that the actual results at this time are within 3 percentage points.
Also worth noting is the large amount of undecided voters, or voters that would vote for neither candidate at this time. These numbers are very significant as they could easily sway the results were actual elections held today.
