so long as some of the 150 mil has it okay then it is highly unlikely that any are going to band together. People will always opt for the easy way out and chase the dream.
i think what is more likely to happen would be a rehash of the same B.S.
If society were to break down to that point then you would have small militias and clans protecting what resources they have.
