Simply put the right institution can borrow money from Japan or the U.S. for less than  0.5%. Take this money and purchase treasuries netting 2.75-3.25 %.

Leverage said paper 10:1 and use this buying power to enter futures markets with additional 10:1 leverage.

In short $1million in the right hands can command $100 Million in buying power….this is a crime IMO
