Yeah, it’s a mess. I’m betting it’s at least months to clean it up, and years to decommission it. But the worst really does appear to be over.
No risk to North Americans, and as for Japan, don’t go fishing off the pier at the reactor, carry lots of doggie treats, and yield the right of way to free-range cattle.
400k people are expected to get cancer in Japan according to some sources…hope they get the job done quickly!
Then, there’s the other argument, that this could all be beneficial!
