EPA is getting ready to regulate coal ash; that should happen no later than Dec 19. And Obama just pledged to reduce US carbon output by 28% by 2025.
Those that think the GOP can F*** the EPA now have a short memory. GOP doesn’t have 60 seats in the Senate. If you recall last time Dems were in the minority, Senator Reid was a VERY able obstructionist.
