It isn’t nearly as expensive as some of you fire hydrant lickers like to say. Ahead of ski season, I like it.
With oil dropping and Americans saving $100 billion from lower gas bills, I reckon it will be a splendid holiday season for premium electronic manufacturers, like GPRO and AAPL.

GPRO is up this morning because a Wedbush analyst increased the price target. Can’t believe anyone still pays attention to these morons, particularly ones from Wedbush. Agree that GPRO will be very hot holiday item… lots of accessories too.

to go long GPRO you can also buy an ATM call and then sell a put such that they cancel out. this takes advantage of the put call parity violation
You better be doing this with a synthetic option position, short put, long call at the money. Or you’re really showing a crucial lack of understanding of what it means for a stock to cost %100 to borrow.

In my position as market weathercock, I see chance of retest of recent lows diminishing to later, much later.
This is the best short opportunity I’ve seen in the last 3 years of trading. Only the precise timing is obviously not easy. But if you short here, you will make money at some point in next couple days.

I never intended to turn my IRA into an energy fund, but with oil stock prices at the levels they are I must take possession of them. The oil men are not going to allow the great ocean of crude that sits under Alaska to just become worthless sludge. They have a plan and I can wait.
Energy is not done going down. The charts look very poor, the debt is still very much under pressure. Today was a reset rally ahead of fomc and nothing more. Don’t be a hero, and wait a little bit.
