It looks as though the Fed is going to make a change to their policy next week. From what I have read, they are worried about deflation and the fact that employment continues to drag. I think they are going to start really ramping up QE.
I believe that points to a terrible employment report on Friday. I also think that points to higher commodity prices.
The big question is what happens to stock prices in this scenario. Since higher commodity prices means higher stock prices for commodity names, it should also mean a higher stock market. However, the initial reaction to the new policy will probably be a large drop in the stock market.

That depends on what stocks you are talking about. Commodity based stocks took off with oil and other commodities while other stocks lagged and even went down.
