Seeing that The PPT was right again and we are declining, I sold out of the balance of my Jarden Corporation [[JAH]] position and a few other loose ends, mainly for peace of mind. Frankly, holding midget positions is not my style. If I am going to lose, I might as well lose in size, like my Flotek Industries, Inc. [[FTK]] endeavor.
I have one final post for the day pending, then I am off for a ride in my 1980’s style limousine to throw blockbuster firecrackers at the pikers, down on Wall St.

Not to be some kind of asshole (or maybe to be some kind of asshole), but what the fuck is the deal with FTK? Why did seemingly 85% of readers buy that POS? Cuz it was a few bucks? Fly? OK, sure, time machine and all, seen it in action, driven it a few times, but then why the large position sizes (inferred via griping)?
I’m honestly asking for the reasons to hold FTK, bec shit, if it’s good I want in.
It’s like the. only. stock. that hasn’t performed since March. Imagine if I told you I was dating a girl since march who had since gained weight (ie, not appreciated) and has never put out once. Wouldn’t you tell me just to throw in the towel and sack the fuck up already? I think the example is pretty apt, and puts the whole sitch into perspective.
To you all I offer the same advice.

FTK was a good sacrifice for the market gods. Can’t have all winners or the gods get angry and wreak vengeance on one’s portfolio.
