[[FTK]] was a person, I’d punch it in the face my damn self.
The whole market is geeked out, money sloshing all over the place. Today it’s horned out on basic materials; tomorrow it’s soon to be bankrupt banks. Who knows?
All I know, the market has no interest in going lower. There will be FTK‘s; don’t misconstrue my enthusiasm for immortality. However, if you are dedicating your damn life to the short side, your gross commissions or profits will soon be nonexistent. And you deserve it, in all sincere honesty.

One thing I know is that the dollars days are numbered and the government and consumers can’t keep borrowing and spending at this rate forever, the bills will come due sometime. The higher spending keeps ticking up as a percentage of GDP the more painful the ultimate decline will be. We are borrowing more than we produce for God’s sakes. That spells disaster. I don’t care if it is an individual, a house hold, a state, a country if you borrow more than you produce eventually the shit will hit the fan.
You can’t fix this mess by spending and shell game economics.

I looking at some of that too, especially the Fib retrace, which I have at 1117 and the worrisome secular bear downtrend line, which end at approximately the same, i.e., S&P 1117. Damn.. two technicals at the same place … kind of scary… we’ll see!
If we can break though 1117 and maybe a few more points for insurance purposes, we might just have a real bull market in the making!
