I’m not kidding when I say this and I want to temper it with a couple of caveats. If the Fed follows though on its promise to continue with the gaping open spigot, the other CB’s follow through as well, credit markets continue to “normalize” (spreads fall) and profitability is seen to improve there’s way you could hold this back from breaching previous highs adjusted for equity issuance.
I keep repeating… that we have never seen this amount of stimulus before both on the monetary and fiscal side. There’s another huge bubble in the process of being created.
