Fuck green shoots and fuck all of the inventory corrections. The market has failed and will now resume getting APE RAPED, until old crickety men, like Warren Buffett, rescue the markets, via one-sided financing deals.

The #4 top worst (Baltimore, 21213): There’s only about 1-2 occupied properties on each block. Everything else is vacant and boarded up. I bought properties for $1,000-3,000 over there a few years ago.

My town, Savannah, wasn’t listed, but if anyone comes here for a vacation, you need to stay in the tourist areas. It’s pretty bad in some of the gang controlled neighborhoods.

Kansas City and Dallas being featured near the top was kind of surprising. Shocked that California neighborhoods were not featured anywhere. Compton anyone ? There cannot be a more dangerous place than Compton. Its so dangerous there they probably don’t have any stats because crimes go unreported and the police are too scared to go out there. There is a violent crime being committed in Compton every second of the day.

Joe also pulled about 20 Bln out of foreign equities. Joe has been pulling money back out of money market mutuals (gov/non-gov/tax free) since the 9th of March to fund a rate of inflow to domestic (and foreign) equity at the rate of about 5 Bln/week. I checked the website for the properties (below) and I know this area. About two blocks from the Seattle Center (a nice urban park space with the Space Needle) and a decent area, but I wouldn’t want to live their. It is on Mercer Street, which becomes a slow-crawl parking lot for a few hours each day at rush hour. There is a super market on the first floor of this property, which I’ve been to and I would guess opened for business sometime in the last 12 months. So that probably means the properties have been on the market/completed for at least the same time period. Looks like the minimum bids are 40% off from what they are “valued” at by the management company.
