Hey Fly,
I remember you posting a while back in the comment section about how you scale in/out of trades. I can’t seem to find it. Can you talk about it again?
For example, if you had $100,000. What kind of position sizes would you use? I think last time you used an example of MOS and said you would split it up into thirds. Scale in every point. Like buy at $30, 29, 28. Is that right? And what kind of position size would you use? 5%, 10%, 15%?

Thanks. I appreciate it. I think portfolio management/sizing is the biggest area I need to improve. I’m definitely not extracting all the juice out my good ideas, getting shaken out with small gains vs. catching the big move, etc. Also all/none mentality, where even keeping a 1/3 on would of given me much larger gains.
Also if you could include how you position size 2X-3X inverse ETFs vs. common equity position sizes that would be great. Thanks.

When SRS, SDS and TZA broke out yesterday I piled into those for a scalp. I pulled up EEV for a possibility over the weekend before the close, and noticed that EEV and SDS looked almost exactly the same, tick for tick (1 min) and daily gaps (just had those to charts open). I didn’t spend any time on the percents, and I haven’t ever looked at EEV closely, but why should EEV look exactly like SDS (or others in the US exchange)?
Talked to a few buddies, and they have no clue…
