Off the opening drive to the downside this morning, the indices reached a point where the Russell no longer confirmed downside.

In trending grind mode conditions like this, this is about as good of a dip buy indicator as you can get on the intra-day time frame.
Other than that, stocks are taking their sweet ass time to move at all today.
