I’m debating booking a few gains here today. Normally it’s a great sign when your longs hold a gain in situations like this, but the speed of the market at these highs is a concern, and the general tone out there is pretty lousy.
I’m contemplating booking gains in REE, VMEM, RVLT, DANG, MY…possibly SOHU.
I’ll update fills as I fling orders.

$VHC won its royalties case against $AAPL
They’ve been winning royalty cases all of the time, it seems like. Appeals close behind, as do dilutions to help pay for those lawyers. Good luck!
@jacked rabbit – yep…exactly always with the appeals. I still have a couple extra shares laying around from back when Fly was touting this one. Its just kind’ve a funny story to keep track of.
$VHC is kind’ve like an annoying gnat that keeps on buzzing around all the big tech companies. The gnat’s victims keep trying to swat it away to no avail. $VHC’s patent portfolio must be just strong enough to hold up in court.

Yoshii, what screener were u using to figure VIPS earnings would be pretty volatile last week?
I just referenced the chart action, and I’ve been following this one for a long time now. It makes some nice % moves on a daily basis. Then, with the action on DANG, you had to figure this one would get volatile around earnings. Last Friday mom&pops were piling into the stock before earnings, so the easy thing to do, would be to whipsaw them out, and I’m sure some of them did just that on today’s action…they chased.
If YGE earnings are today why in the world isn’t the IV sky high? Are they today?
