VMW popped today, I noticed nobody mentioned it yet. Anyone care to take a peek at it, and let me know what they think? Looks to me like it should pull up into volume, but there’s now a nasty pocket below it.
I’m in it – mentally debating.
I have an internal target of 85, however earnings are announced AH on Monday. Part of the jump today may be people be buying into earnings.
I expect that they will meet/slightly exceed earnings, and there probably will be an intra-day runup on Monday in anticipation/speculation of same.
That said, earnings results have had mostly positive effects this month (perhaps a sigh of relief from the downer of headline trading). See URI for the most recent example.
I will probably hold through the weekend and make my decision mid-day on Monday.
sold 2/3 of the options, holding the rest….was holding more than I was comfortable with. That probably means it goes to $90+ next week!

Best day in probably 3 weeks in terms of having a basket of stocks that are outperforming the market (AAPL, GME, GNC, ONVO, RIG, TASR). Have a couple downers in RDN and FFIV.

Don’t forget ONVOOOOOOOOOO. I actually plotted my equity curve since starting trading with OA and it looks just as suspected. Periods of decay with big pops, pretty cool to see that translate into reality.
Congrats to everyone who managed to hang in (or bought with enough time) to enjoy the fruits of FSLR.
I never stopped being bullish, just mis-calculated the timing (still made a bit of money, however).

MLNX was my top idea this morning. Walked away from the terminal and missed the move. C’est la vie.
FSLR seems to have the best volume pocket of any you’ve shown us – lots of room to run…

Bit loose…unless it’s very long term, letting it drop 25% without taking any gains seems wrong. Granted, I just let it drop 14% from the high when I blinked!
Pikers always sell the breakout to take their trimmings. This is how retests occur.

I expect a jump in VMW but took half off today because of earnings.
I picked up a tiny bit of ONVO (stock) yesterday but with the fade I may add to it Monday. I see lots of room for it to run.
