Homebuilders are looking attractive at these levels but still not sure if i want to dive in yet…i do like SPF and LEN

i like Z the best for a short, it looks like a head & shoulder with a lower right shoulder /bear flag. (if you play charts) also, home sales sucked yesterday.

shorting and putting seems like venturing off the OA path. Coupled with recovering from an unexpected disaster this week I’m not sure if i like it. Slump busting is best done when going back to the basics/core.

Jolly I believe Fly is in it for long term. So both could be right.
I won’t disagree on the long term. The market just feels rotational. Sell some high flyers, but some names that aren’t trading so rich.

I am surrounded by late to the party Muppets in my office. In December 2007 they IPO’d a financial company, 2 years ago a coal company and now they are looking at listing a app developer. I would back what OA says and bet against the space.

LVS – nice pop out of earnings jump of 79%. I’m watching for a pullback out of earnings for an entry.
