The cynic in me hopes prescious metals have already peaked so ol’ Jimmy can ride that train all the way up, all the way down and never make a penny.
But for all his flaws/book talking, Jim’s a smart man. A smart man who will probably get hosed on China, but his opinnion on oil being largely an infastructure problem is pretty spot on IMHO.
It sure will be interesting when China annexes Singapore (“we found that it is an ancient breakaway province of Nan Chin. No, really!”) and then imposes a 95% foreigner tax on Smart Jimmy and his Mandarin speaking daughters.
