COLDER: Russia Announces it is Permanently Leaving G-8

Russia’s Prime Minister, Medvedev, announced his countries intention to permanently leave the G8 — calling it a defunct political organization.

“The G20 format actually replaced the G7 and G8 groups,” he said. “It is clear what this Group of Seven means without other major economies. Nothing.”

Mr Medvedev said: “We are determined to develop international trade, establish our own value chains and be more actively involved in international business alliances and agreements.”

Congratulations to Barack Obama for having a ‘crisis free’ Presidency, which entailed the killing of our Ambassador in Libya — after the embassy was overrun and the people left stranded there, alone, to die. Also, he’s managed the wars quite well, fomenting a new enemy in ISIS — which is Al Qaeda on steroids. Let’s not forget, the Middle East has been completely upended, which led to a disastrous migrant crisis into Europe. And, lastly, he’s managed to push America to the brink of war with Russia.

I’m sure there are many more prime examples of his ‘crisis free’ Presidency. But I’m being lazy now and have a sandwich to attend to.

Continuing My Journey Deep Into the Bowels of Wall Street

Remember when I warned you son of a bitches about $DRYS, after it ran higher by about 2 thousand percent in a week or so?

Since then, the stock cratered and got arrested, its shareholders tortured at the Catherine Wheel — guts strewn out across the pavement as donkeys kicked them in the cranium.

IMG_6097

The stock is down 45% ytd and -93% over the past six months. Any questions?

I stepped in to buy the stock this morning, not because it was easy, but because it was hard (extra JFK).

The chart has a certain je ne sais quoi about it — an overt and amusing picture of doom — a caricature of itself.

IMG_6099

Overall, the shipping sector is strong today, but I have a rich history of suffering ravenous losses in them. Appraisingly, I have no business buying $DRYS — but here I am.

After all, what’s the worst that could happen — I lose all of my money?

Chinese State Media Responds to Tillerson’s South China Sea Comments: Prepare for Military Confrontation

China is being so patient with Trump. Imagine an America President saying that China could no longer rape us to the tune of $300b in annual trade surpluses, via unfair practices. Now imagine a prospective Secretary of State having the nerve to suggest that China cannot simply build fucking islands in the middle of nowhere, in an effort to control trade routes, fisheries and natural resources in the area.

Well, all of that shit is happening and our Chinese masters aren’t to happy about it, not one bit.

Now that they have one aircraft carrier, a repurposed Soviet Era piece of plastic floating shit, the Chinese state media are threatening military confrontation over Trump’s cabinet appointees proposed policies.

For the sake of Beijing, they better wish their bribes to the GOP and DNC leaders were enough to block Trump’s appointees, namely Rex.

Source: Global Times
Nominee for US secretary of state Rex Tillerson uttered astonishing statements during his confirmation hearing with the Senate on Wednesday. He likened China’s island-building in the South China Sea to “Russia’s taking of Crimea,” and said the new US government would send China a clear signal that “first the island building stops, and second your access to those islands is also not going to be allowed.”

Due to his intimate relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Tillerson is the most controversial candidate among President-elect Donald Trump’s nominees for his cabinet and is considered the one most likely to be vetoed by the Senate.

It is not clear which point, among the many he made, he will prioritize. But it is worth looking at his remarks that China should not be allowed access to the islands, since this is the most radical statement from the US side so far.

China has enough determination and strength to make sure that his rabble rousing will not succeed. Unless Washington plans to wage a large-scale war in the South China Sea, any other approaches to prevent Chinese access to the islands will be foolish.

The US has no absolute power to dominate the South China Sea. Tillerson had better bone up on nuclear power strategies if he wants to force a big nuclear power to withdraw from its own territories. Probably he just has oil prices and currency rates in his mind as former ExxonMobil CEO.

As Trump has yet to be sworn in, China has shown restraint whenever his team members expressed radical views. But the US should not be misled into thinking that Beijing will be fearful of their threats.

Tillerson’s statements regarding the islands in the South China Sea are far from professional. If Trump’s diplomatic team shapes future Sino-US ties as it is doing now, the two sides had better prepare for a military clash.

South China Sea countries will accelerate their negotiations on a Code of Conduct. They have the ability to solve divergences by themselves without US interference. Just as the Philippines and Vietnam are trying to warm their ties with China, Tillerson’s words cannot be more irritating.

The Detente Between Hillary and Trump is Definitely Over; Guess Who May Still Be Going to Jail?

President Elect Trump went on a tweet storm this morning, energetic over what appears to be yet another failed establishment assault on him, calling out Hillary and saying she never should’ve been able to run.

Trump doesn’t just tweet random stuff, as much as some people think he does. I believe he’s building up to an eventual DOJ investigation that will, hopefully, one day land her head first in prison.

In separate news, CNBC had some Russian opposition party leader on this morning for reasons that are inexplicable to me. I’ll post the video when I can. Essentially, he was on there to remind America how evil Putin is and how he’d like Russia to become part of Europe. As part of Europe, Russia could then partake in criminal central bank rigging, crony bailouts, open borders to illegal migrants which will cause a huge spike in rapes, cracking down on free speech in the name of liberalism, and lastly a centralized planned economy in Brussels by unelected officials.

Ah, European democracy. It sounds a lot like Bolshevik communism, doesn’t it?

UPDATE: Here’s the Russian-CNBC interview. Regime change in Russia!

Neil Cavuto Kicks CNN in the Ass for Ignoring Obama’s Attacks on Fox News Over the Past 8 Years

Over the past 8 years, on a continuous basis, the liberal media has impugned the integrity of the only conservative news outlet in the country (Fox) — laughing and smirking while President Obama kicked them in the shins. Now that Trump refused a question from a reporter at CNN, which was punishment for publishing some very damaging information about him that wasn’t true or fact checked, CNN is crying ‘unfair’, causing their supporters to accuse Trump of (wait for it) FASCISM. There’s a double standard being pressed here by CNN, wanting to be treated fairly while at the same time being shameful in their own conduct.

The proverbial shoe is on the other foot, claimed Fox’s Neil Cavuto, and it probably isn’t a very comfy one. The Obama administration has gotten away with murder (extra Seth Rich) over the past 8 years and not once did CNN take him to task for it, instead opting to serve him and his ilk in a manner which is the antithesis of a free and independent press.

They’ve ruined the fifth estate, which is why start up media organizations are booming across the internet.

Claim: Washpo Reporter, Doris Truong, Snapped Photos of Rex Tillerson’s Private Paperwork During Confirmation Hearings

Social media has been abuzz all day, regarding a video that showed what looked like Washington Post reporter, Doris Truong, snapping a photo of Rex Tillerson’s private papers during the confirmation hearings. Her lookouts are unidentified cucks, at this present time. However, they all seemed quite elated to conduct this form of espionage on the future Secretary of the United States.

This is a fireable offense in any reasonable organization. Being that it’s Washpo, and providing that was her, she’ll likely be greeted with high fives and a fucking promotion tomorrow.

Doris adamantly claims it wasn’t her and that everyone is just racist, accusing her of snapping pics because the woman in the video is asian. This, naturally, has been labeled, by her, as FAKE NEWS.

Right-wing bloggers and Twitter posters had noticed a woman who they thought was taking pictures of the notes that Tillerson, a former ExxonMobil chief executive who is Donald Trump’s pick for secretary of state, had taken during his Senate confirmation hearing. Instantly, they started to “investigate” whatever was going on. Before I could do anything about it, someone had decided the woman was me. No one ever bothered to contact me, but it was this post that Twitter seized upon overnight. By the time I woke up, trolls had commented on social media channels besides Twitter. My Facebook feed had dozens of angry messages from people I didn’t know, as did comments on my Instagram account. Even my rarely used YouTube channel attracted attention. My emails and my voicemail included messages calling me “pathetic” and a “sneaky thief.”

A lot of the comments also focused on my Chinese heritage, implying — or outright stating — that I must be spying for China. Some called for an FBI investigation of what they deemed illegal behavior.

What do you think?

???

Is the woman depicted in the video Doris or some other unnamed Asian spy?

After an Initial Tantrum, Markets Robotically Glided Higher All Day into the Close

Look at this shit. We might as well kill all traders and have machines trade markets all day, for the benefit of governments to make gains.

IMG_6090

Up until 11am, markets were so worried about Trump. Then the machines came back online and carried it higher for the duration of the day.

Lots of stuff happening today, such as Jeb Bush hiring a retired British MI6 agent to find dirt on Trump (think about that for a second). What if Jeb won the Presidency? This revelation would’ve ruined his Presidency.

This all ties into my theory that the establishment elite are a cadre of incompetent shit posters, who’ve made their way through life cheating and extorting people for personal gain. These are not competent people — but idiots who were placed in power through nepotism.

I had some set backs today, chiefly in my NUCLEAR BOMB thesis. Both $UEC and $URG traded off, a temporary phenomenon no doubt. I sold two stocks, which spiraled lower, so that’s now in cash.

Because I’m delving in high beta degenerate stocks, the volatility of my profits and losses are going to be nothing less than explosive.

Either way, “The Fly’s” war with Mother Market comes to an end in 2017, with only one walking out alive.

If the Elites Are Scared of Trump, Markets Might Be Doomed

Now that the circle jerk is over and markets are permitted to trade lower again, let’s make some logical assumptions, shall we?

The globalist shills hate Trump and will do whatever they can to derail him, even spreading false stories of Russian hookers urinating on his face. Ok? You laugh, but this is fucking insane to see our intelligence agencies do this to a soon to be sitting President.

Trump doesn’t like the tech titans and believes $AMZN is a monopoly.

Trump wants to end Obamacare.

Trump wants defense contractors and drug companies to stop ripping off Americans.

Trump wants to do a lot of fiscal spending, but may find that difficult to pass in the house and senate, especially if they do not want to work with him.

Trump wants a trade war with both Mexico and China, which might poleax the fuck out of China to orders of magnitude so bad they might just invade a country because of it.

Get the picture?

He is the quintessential threat to the reality you’ve been living in for the past 30 years.

The post election bump will be attributed to Obama. After Trump takes over in a little more than a week, the market is his. Year to date, markets are higher by 1%; but we’re starting to see some weakness permeate.

The sky isn’t falling and people want to believe in the best case scenario. Nevertheless, if ‘they’ are desperate enough to fake intelligence reports about the next President in an effort to hurt him, who’s to say they won’t take this market down, with the help of a hawkish Fed, to annihilate his hopes for fiscal stimulus?

Tread carefully.

Gartner Sees Slow Growth Ahead in 2017 Due to ‘Uncertainty’

It appears the market might be waking up to the fact that Trump is going to fuck up the establishment order. Bear in mind, much of what I say boldly are my own wishes. Trump isn’t President yet and no one knows if he’s really going to atomic bomb the elites just yet. After all, his entire cabinet if filled with elites.

Anyway, Trump did lay waste to the drug industry yesterday, promising reform. And today Gartner IT is out with some sobering predictions for the tech sector, especially the semis, which is weighing on shares. Plus, $SWKS caught a Goldman downgrade and everyone is freaking thr fuck out over the weakness in the tape.

Gartner’s 2017 forecast.

Worldwide semiconductor capital spending is projected to increase 2.9 percent in 2017, to $69.9 billion, according to Gartner, Inc. This is down from 5.1 percent growth in 2016.

“2017 was poised to be a rebound year in IT spending. Some major trends have converged, including cloud, blockchain, digital business and artificial intelligence. Normally, this would have pushed IT spending much higher than 2.7 percent growth,” said John-David Lovelock, research vice president at Gartner. “However, some of the political uncertainty in global markets has fostered a wait-and-see approach causing many businesses to forestall IT investments.”

Worldwide devices spending (PCs, tablets, ultramobiles and mobile phones) is projected to remain flat in 2017 at $589 billion (see Table 1). A replacement cycle in the PC market and strong pricing and functionality of premium ultramobiles will help drive growth in 2018. Emerging markets will drive the replacement cycle for mobile phones as smartphones in these markets are used as a main computing device and replaced more regularly than in mature markets.

The worldwide IT services market is forecast to grow 4.2 per cent in 2017. Buyer investments in digital business, intelligent automation, and services optimisation and innovation continue to drive growth in the market, but buyer caution, fuelled by broad economic challenges, remains a counter-balance to faster growth.

“The range of spending growth from the high to low is much larger in 2017 than in past years. Normally, the economic environment causes some level of division, however, in 2017 this is compounded by the increased levels of uncertainty,” said Mr Lovelock. “The result of that uncertainty is a division between individuals and corporations that will spend more — due to opportunities arising — and those that will retract or pause IT spending.”

For example, aggressive build-out of cloud computing platforms by companies such as Microsoft, Google and Amazon is pushing the global server forecast to reach 5.6 per cent growth in 2017. This was revised up 3 per cent from last quarter’s forecast and is sufficient growth to overcome the expected 3 per cent decline in external controller-based storage and allow the data centre systems segment to grow 2.6 per cent in 2017.

Tech and banks are notably weak.
IMG_6087

The yield curve is still 115bps, although down from 130bps. Many high beta stocks are getting forklifted and dumped into flaming barrels of garbage. I sold out of my $AMD position, which turned out to be a fucking piece of shit and I’m getting flamethrowed in $TDW — because they’re insolvent. I just sold that whore too. My picks are an extension of my innate fatalism.

With the cash raised from the sale, I’ll buy an Exodus OS signal — should the market be so gracious to provide one.

WINSHIP AGAIN: My Year to Date Gains Are Greater Than Yours

Granted, my proclivity for danger and the wanton disregard for personal safety has led me to this windfall. But after a year of dicking around in bonds and other stupid shit, “The Fly” is trading again and he’s up to his old winning tricks.

In late December of 2016, I liquidated my account and placed every single red cent into $UEC, like a raving lunatic madman. In addition to that, I added to my account through cash deposits by 4x. Yesterday’s purchase of $KNDI was my final buy, since I’m fully invested.

My year to date gains, including the dilutive effect of increasing my account by 4x, is +11%. However, based upon the value I was trading all of last year, I’m up 50%.

This morning BofA/Merrill upgraded shares of $CCJ and the Financial Times penned a bullish article on yellowcake and how Trump might be good for the industry. I already knew this shit, which is why my basis for $UEC is $1.04 and the FT is just seeing it now.

Sub mental morons.

The uranium industry has undergone a garish pullback ever since Japan nearly destroyed their entire country, through Fukushima. Prices have collapsed by 75% and everyone is rather foreboding about the most advanced form of energy on the face of the earth. It’s like everyone decided to become are retrograde rusticate road slobs, preferring to produce energy through the coal hole over splitting atoms. Words cannot express how stupid this truly is.

You fucking strumphets will learn the hard way, one way or another.

UEC is a 20% weighting. Everything else is 8%. At some point, I intend to sell everything and bet it all on one stock — furtive ground for fun and idiocy — two of my favorite past times.
