Edward Snowden Comments on #VAULT7: “Reckless Beyond Words”

Edward Snowden offered his analysis on Twitter today, regarding the VAULT7 leak by Wikileaks. In it, he said were the most egregious and ‘reckless’ use of spying technology that has been left vulnerable to outside parties. In other words, they built this giant spying program and lost control of it and now 3rd party hackers are able to infiltrate it — using it to spy on you via your phones, teevee or god damned refrigerators.

#VAULT7: CIA Hackers Brag About Having ‘Dankest Trojans’, a Sundry of Egregious Civil Rights Violations Revealed

Here’s the quick rundown. Everything Trump said about them spying on him is correct. Whether Obama approved it or not is immaterial. The permanent government, our benevolent intelligence agencies, spy on us all the time.

Here is a CIA hacker bragging about having the ‘dankest trojans.’

And here is a summary of what people have found thus far. My favorite is the Obama spying program costing upwards of $100b only to be lost to an enemy for nothing.

I’ll have more details later on when I have some time to properly analyze.

The Worst of Both Worlds: Stocks Down, Yields Up

I promise you, I am not getting bearish again. I’m merely stating the obvious here — 36% of stocks are up today and yields are shooting higher. $TLT has been a wanton underperformer — making it harder for any debt fueled stimulus program to ever come to fruition.

On the day of the tentative Trump proposed healthcare bill, hospital stocks are getting flayed — with heavy losses in $CYH and $THC. On the infrastructure end of things, basic materials, once again, are on the downside — with outsized losses in aluminum and steel names like $MTL, $SCHN and $AA.

It’s noteworthy to see $ESRX and $MCK down — as he highlights potential loss in either volume or margins for Trumpcare.

Also, all of those EPA induced trucking plays and oil and gas plays are decidedly on the downside. This could be due to investor concern over Trump’s overall agenda or profit taking.

Instead of hiding out in defensive names, I’ve opted to remain in 100% cash until I sense a true opportunity. We’ve had a hell of a run and the winter thaw is here — some are starting to wonder if anything will change in government or maybe we’ll just get more of the same, with a heavy dose of Fed rate hikes. Either way, I think it’s smart to sideline some cash now and wait for the nuclear fall out to settle — infecting and killing millions — at which point it will be safe enough to dive back in and pick up the pieces.

OECD Issues Gloomy Outlook on Global Growth, Due to Protectionism and ‘Failing Trust in National Governments’

Founded after World War 2 to administer the Marshall Plan in Europe, the OECD has been the preeminent force behind globalization in the world for decades. They are, quite literally, the New World Order and they don’t like what they’re seeing now, with Trump, Le Pen, revolt in Netherlands and Italy — the whole nationalist movement that is sweeping the planet.

Their chief concerns lie in trade, citing protectionism as something that might truly derail global GDP growth. The culprit? Citizens no longer trust their governments, making it harder for national governments to enact pro globalist strategies (extra Trump).

“We have acceleration but I’m concerned about this really soft foundation to the recovery,” OECD Chief Economist Catherine Mann said in an interview. “We still have this slow, sluggish productivity growth and persistent inequality. Put those together and it’s hard to see the robust consumption and investment profile you need to really get things going.”

Though not named in the report, some of the concerns are related to the policies of U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration, including his threats to impose tariffs on nations he deems to have an unfair advantage, The OECD also said there’s a “disconnect” between equity valuations and the outlook for the real economy, with the market performance partly linked to anticipation of a Trump stimulus package.

“We think the dynamic response to increased protectionism could be really quick, so we have a pretty significant downward bias on what it could mean for growth,” Mann said. “What we mean by that is the way businesses will respond by raising prices and cutting trade flows.”

“Although risks may not materialize immediately, they remain a real possibility and a set of large shocks, possibly interacting with each other, would disrupt the recovery..

Falling trust in national governments and lower confidence by voters in the political systems of many countries can make it more difficult for governments to pursue and sustain the policy agenda required to achieve strong and inclusive growth.”

Question for you homegamers: if you have a decent job and prices are stable, why do you need growth?

Rand Paul Says House Proposed Healthcare Bill ‘Obamacare Lite’, WIll Not Pass

Any form of government healthcare program is going to piss off the likes of Rand Paul and libertarians. I’ve always hated our healthcare system, far before Obama made it worse.

The God damned problem is the drugs. If they’d force profit margin caps on drugs, like they used to on military equipment pre 9/11 (15%), prices could be controlled. Anything short of that is Obamacare lite.

Rand Paul is out tweeting the Trump healthcare plan is complete shit and will not pass.

You will know the healthcare bill is for real when drug stocks drop by 20% in a day.

Update: Encouraging.

Here are the Top Rated Stocks in Exodus

We’re going through a rough patch in the market. I think it’s because of the turmoil surrounding the Trump presidency. Had he held his ground on Flynn, we might not be dealing with Sessions now.

Nevertheless, the battles continue and the country is like an idle powerder keg sitting in the middle of an inferno.

Here are the top rated stocks in Exodus now, sorted by technicals. Notice how there are a lot of biotech and pipeline play there? That sounds indicative of two things.

1. Flight to imaginary land where fanciful clinical data stories and dreams of blockbuster cloud the judgement of traders. Total and complete cognitive dissonance.

2. Flight to safety and income.

I imagine both sectors could continue to do well, but I’d be very careful with drug stocks ahead of Trumpcare proposals, which are bound to hit margins.

Trump Takes Two Morning Swipes at Obama

On the surface, these tweets appear to that of a madman, obsessed with Obama and consumed with destroying his legacy. But this isn’t about Obama, per se. Trump is out to destroy leftism.

By constantly highlighting the failures of the previous administration, Trump is able to maintain a constant state of political war, one that offers no quarter to those who mean to do America harm.

Trump goes in on Obama’s incredulous Guantanamo Bay policies, releasing terrorists back into the battlefield, and Obamacare.

Daily Reminder That Snopes is Nothing More Than a Shill Lying Factory

Both Debbie Wasserman Shultz and Keith Ellison refused to stand for the gold medal family member during Trump’s address to congress. They didn’t stand because they’re both barbarous savages who hate American and use their position to greedily hand wring themselves towards the top of their respective castes.

Snopes.com is widely revered by demotards as the single authority for parsing truth from fake news — lies from wanton deceit. The truth is, they’re wholly biased, corrupted and bedraggled miscreants with an agenda wrought in the fires of idiocy.

Here’s Benny Johnson from IJR, with Tucker Carlson, discussing the disgusting events that transpired on Feb.28th 2017 and the lies that followed — spearheaded by the cuckolds at Snopes.

Putin’s Spokesman: American Media Driven Hysteria Hurting Ties

Remember where this all started, when Russia decided to protect its ally and preserve its only deep water port in the Mediterranean by entering the Syrian war — fighting against ISIS. At the time, ISIS was on the move up and everyone was wondering how the fuck this small group of sand shovelers got their hands on billions of dollars, advanced American weaponry and a deep reservoir of oil — which was being sold into NATO ally Turkey.

As soon as Russia entered the war, they took out ISIS oil facilities and tankers — then Turkey shot down one of their planes. Things escalated since then, emboldening the neo-cons in our government who’ve had a hard on for Russia since the days of Trotsky. The rest is history.

Hillary got beat down. Obama’s legacy is in shambles. The democratic party is in ruins. More than that, establishment shills in DC, who essentially work for the uniparty, have been rebuked — and now they’re trying to foment a war with Russia — because nothing says “I love my country” more than subjecting it to an extinction level event by way of nuclear conflict.

Here’s Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov,  who calls the recent events in America as ‘unbelievable’, ‘unimaginable’, citing the hysteria — being fomented by American media, as something very hurtful to bi-lateral relations.

‘Someone has to say all of this is not true.  We have to be sober. Let’s come to our mind.’

Watch.
