I added to my TRLA position, placing myself back into the “leveraged zone”–fully invested.
On an apples to apples comparison to Z, TRLA is worth $60.

Comments »I added to my GOGO position. For those of you who guessed GOGO as being my next large position, you were right.
The company will be unveiling their latest technology on 9/11 and be launching phone/texting service for flights starting on 10/1 for iPhones and 11/1 for Android users. Considering the company is trading less than 4x sales and 6 points below its offering price, doing nothing but beat estimates and guide up since being public, I like my chances with the stock below $15.
Target: $20
Comments »I sold 75% of my AMBA position, at a profit, in order to avoid earnings scheduled for after the bell. Although I am confident they will beat, I have little interest in gambling with non-core positions.
Comments »I’ve done sufficient research on the name and really feel like it’s a money maker.
I am looking for 50% upside in the name, inside of 6 months.
Here are the clues:
Internet related
Relatively new ipo
I’ve talked about it before
The market cap is under $1 billion
More than 15% of the shares are sold short
It’s trading less than 4x sales
It’s trading below its ipo price
Go to work.
Comments »At the present, I am long YELP, TRLA and ANGI.
The following social media stocks are growing revenues at a 50%+ clip (please ignore FU).
Just based on the numbers, YY, P, ANGI and TRLA are the most attractive. However, perhaps there’s a reason for that. There are other stocks like CYOU, DANG, SFUN and NTES that are always cheap–and for good reason. Who really believes (I mean really believes) anything coming out of China?
As of now, Z, OWW, YELP, NFLX, YY, TRLA, GRPN and LNKD are the best performing social media names for the year. YELP is my favorite, with TRLA and ANGI running neck to neck tied for second.
Comments »I haven’t been very active as of late because I am trading around 3 core positions: IMMR, YELP and POWI. Far too many times I’ve watched core positions triple in price without me. So, I’ve decided to have them triple with me.
The non-core positions are designed to fund the core, meant for average downs and ups. Also, it doesn’t hurt to catch quick +10% shooters.
There are some stocks that I have patience for, others I am itching to sell. I have a few new ideas that are burning in my pocket, so I will likely kick out a few losers to finance its purchase.
As unbelievable as it may seem, I am out of cash, leveraged past 125% long–basking in total and absolute winship.
For those of you who are just joining us, after vacationing in some homosexual european country, After Hour’s with The Option Addict is now live and banking extreme coin for its members.
Comments »I just wanted to state the obvious: apple sucks.
I cannot believe Samsung was able to come out with a watch before Apple. Also, when is the Bozo in Chief, Tim Cook, going to launch the teevee? Doesn’t he know people have been growing weary of the lack of innovation at Apple?
I own Apple, only because of the potential and cash balance balance. However, the leadership is pathetic and the excitement is gone. I’d much rather tether myself to Samsung, via parts makers and royalties plays, like IMMR.
Comments »Say what you want about being a great stock picker or knowing how to extract information from a company’s CFO. The one thing that separates the men from the boys is balls. If you don’t have it (balls) in you, don’t expect to make outsized returns.
I could sit here and brag about the fact that I am +3.2% for the day, leveraged to the hilt long, but why bother?
Are we going higher?
Positively.
Will we hit new highs?
Of course.
What is your favorite stock?
The one that goes up the most.
Why aren’t you answering any of my questions today?
Because I am up 3.2% and my oatmeal is getting cold.
More on this matter later.

Comments »As an American, I relish in the opportunity to burn third world cities to the ground. And more, I’ve made it my duty, as a tax paying war mongerer, to ask that my local politicians vote “YES” every single time, when it comes to the matter of WAR.
For those of you who are afraid to start yet another world war, I consider you to be cowards. As american cowboys, we love the sting of battle. Nothing pleases us more than to grease the wheels of our SUVs than with the blood, guts and brains of our enemies.
As I sit here, eating green eggs and ham (no Cat in the hat), one thing comes to mind: justice.
We must teach all of the people out there to hate weapons of mass destruction by destroying the very societies they reside in. The world is a safer place with american soldiers occupying cities, on a pan global basis. Anyone who thinks otherwise is simply an enemy or a coward (extra canada) and will be dealt with in due course.
As it pertains to stocks, when we go to war, oil will catch an erection and ejaculate (WNR) on the world, at a very expensive price. There might be a Brent-WTI divergence, leaving opportunity for the refiners again. Large dirty oil conglomerates work well under the auspices of war. And of course, the military apparatus must be funded with the blood, sweat and tears of the people, leading to higher stock prices for GD, ATK and RTN.
Alternative plays to oil, like solar, can burn in hell with all of the care that I can muster! But, I will make an exception for companies who make back up generators, heading into the hurricane season.
Shippers are persona non grata and tech is where it’s at.
Good night and sleep strong.
