Republicans Will Attempt to Repeal and Replace Obamacare, TOMORROW

AHAHAHAHAAHAHAH. You fucking faggots are all gonna die in the streets now from the common cold. Gone are the days of free healthcare. Behold as a victorian era-like healthcare system descends upons you — casting out the infirmed to desolate island to be abused and murdered by sadistic orderlies.

America needs this.

House republican leader, Kevin McCarthy, said ‘We will be voting on the health care votes tomorrow. Because we have enough votes. It’ll pass. It’s a good bill.’

Source: CNN

The kicker to get this deal passed was an additional $8b by Trump to fund ‘high risk pools’ and people with pre-existing conditions.

House democrat leader, Pelosi will vote no.

“Forcing a vote without a CBO score shows that Republicans are terrified of the public learning the full consequences of their plan to push Americans with pre-existing conditions into the cold,” Pelosi said in a statement. “But tomorrow, House Republicans are going to tattoo this moral monstrosity to their foreheads, and the American people will hold them accountable.”

The Freedom Caucus supports the bill, which means Obamacare is finished.

Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows said only one member of the group opposes the bill. “We’re not going to lose any votes because of it,” he said.

The bill will nuke ACA taxes on the rich and get rid of the individual mandate. The new plan provides Ameriburgers will refundable tax credits.

People in their 50s and 60s are expected to get screwed over, naturally — beset with obscene premiums in comparison to younger people. It will not, however, rip children out from their parent’s plans until after the age of 26.

Bottom line: without regulating drug prices and medical devices, this is all horseshit.

It should be a la carte. If I want catastrophic cool, done or all 10 “essential health benefits” driving up premiums then buy it but fuck this one size fits all approach.

Overly a map of the lowest household income, with a map of the most % obese Americans, with a map of the highest % republican voters.

        Then tell me its non-sense.

My favorite re the new bill …from the NYTimes:

‘Would roll back tax increases on indoor tanning, which had been imposed under the Affordable Care Act to help pay for coverage expansion.’

Thank you House Republican lemmings for committing political suicide. I’m sure all Americans in their 50s and 60s will be overjoyed to spend more and run the risk of having their state opt-out of covering pre-existing conditions. Of course the millions who lose coverage will once again hit local hospital emergency rooms for care so in the end healthcare expenses will continue to rise along with drug prices. Well done ladies and gents! I’m sure each of you will renounce your luxurious Congressional healthcare policy and purchase coverage like the rest of use slobs. Right?

Hospitals are more fucked than ever since regular people with insurance now have a 5000 deductible- now providers are not getting paid. They were better off taking in uninsured

Try $6500. Basically first $10k per year is out of pocket if you count premiums. So about a third of the average person’s income. Makes sense.

I haven’t read anything about how this legislation.. which of course wont be passed as is by the Senate..will impact the average person’s premium. Of course, there is no average person when it comes to medical care. All it takes is one member of a family to have a medical crisis and savings can be obliterated. Bill was rushed thru for political optics.. pathetic.

Regulation of drug prices and medical devices would be great. But it can’t happen in this Right Wing country where so many people vote Republican, and Republicans Congress folks always vote for the crony capitalist welfare queen companies to feed more and more at the public trough. And some of the Blue Dog Dems do too.

The government is run by donors, not by voters– at least untl Right Wing voters wake up from the Fox/Breitbart/Drudge/Limbaugh brainwashing propaganda– and start voting for the only party that ever regulates anything for the benefit of the people.

But that can’t happen. Because Right Wing propaganda has made Dem bashing the favorite sport of a large percentage of Americans.

It takes a ton of donor money from the elite establishment to be able to afford the propaganda to convince people that the OTHER party is the elite establishment. And the GOP has that Big Money from donors, and then they made it even easier for themselves by pushing to get the Citizens United ruling.

Right Wing propaganda rules the nation completely now. Controls all 3 branches of federal government, most state legislatures, and most governorships. Most voters are now going to get screwed royally by the politicians they were so dumb to vote for.

    Can voters ever learn?
