I see the video above is from Alex Jones, famous entertaining conspiracy theorist and adrenalin junkie, who loves to fan the flames of conflict. A person similar to Fly, except more extreme

ALl the groups of violent people say “My tribe of screaming violent people is good. Your tribe of tribe of screaming violent people is bad.” Is someone supposed to be right here?

Bernie and Hillary, however, certainly are not responsible for the actions of everyone who is anti-Trump– especially as they have never encouraged or condoned violent acts of protest.

Trump, in contrast, does bear some responsibility for the violent actions of his supporters, as he supports them and praises them for their violence.

    http://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/2016/03/12/donald-trump-rallies-violence-protests-mashup-lv.cnn/video/playlists/protests-at-trump-rallies/

Bernie does say that he’s going to get the Big Money in politics millionaires and billionaires out of power. But he doesn’t say that he is going to put violent anti-Trump protesters in their place. You can’t fairly judge a candidate by the most violent people who happen to agree with him. Especially since Bernie would not approve of their violence.

Trump, like Bernie, also says that he’s going to get his fellow millionaire and billionaires out of power. Trump would replace them with himself as the Yuge king who will supposedly solve all problems perfectly. He expects people to believe he will and can do this, simply because he is a billionaire, and because he says he is not aligned with the current political establishment. And some people believe him, despite the fact that 77% of Trump’s statements that were checked by politifact.com were shown to be mostly or entirely false..

But not enough people believe Trump’s lies for him to win a general election.

I argue because I am concerned about people knowing the truth, and concerned about our country. Not a bad idea to chill out now though. I have said everything I need to say for a while. And I do live in a legal marijuana state.

No on bears responsibility for the actions of others unless their are your kids under the age of 18. There is a serious lack of personal accountability out there.

Here in the Flyover state of Michigan, where Trump crushed his competition and where Sanders snuck in a win over Hildabeast, the people I speak with are very clear about what they think.
To a person, they are not so much voting for Trump or Sanders, as they are voting against the established bureaucracy in DC and what our political/ruling class has become. They are voting against “pay to play” government. They are voting against what they see as constantly encroaching government watching every move a person makes. They are voting against ginormous financial entities and their CEO’s, most of whom should have been jailed circa 2008-2009.
The “fine print” is overlooked. These voters see and deal everyday with the results of jobs being shipped overseas, stagnant wages, illegal immigration, and believe me they realize a disproportionate percentage of wealth is concentrated at the very top of the food chain.

They see Hillary, Rubio, Kasich and all the rest as simply more of the same and they are not going to elect anyone that smells ever so slightly of “normal” politics.
    They.
    Are.
    Pissed.

Hillary by any political measure should basically be elected by now, but these voters are not going to have it. There will be war in the streets of the US if she coerces and connives her slithering way into the Whitehouse. She is Satan in a dress to all but party blind voters.

It is utterly incomprehensible to me that neither party seems to grasp this. The Repubs are in disarray over the “Trump problem” and the Demos are so blind they are in full denial that there is a problem within their party first place. Neither will acknowledge that THEY are the ones that need to change.
Change how they “do business”. Change their attitude toward the citizens of this country (still the greatest on earth) Change their ideas that the Constitution was written for the use of government rather than limiting the reach of government into our personal lives.

This is why Trump and Sanders are stroking the competition.

Donald says that the Mexicans are taking away jobs from Americans. He’s right, but they are working in Mexico, in American factories just across the border. Why bother coming to the States to take jobs when American corporations are exporting good ones into Mexico.

It is interesting that the export of good jobs plus the extensive union busting has caused the supply-demand equation to break down. Companies are making their goods cheaper than ever but they are discovering that there are fewer and fewer people to buy them. They forgot that their employees are also their customers.

Corporations and businesses have to make money or they cease to exist. The problem is the rest of the world is dragging the US down to their economic level rather than rising to match us.

I would say that the American multinationals are dragging the US down to the level of the third world, by their insistence on paying third world wages.

We the people need to take some blame also. People can’t pass up a “deal” on some shitty sweatshirt made in a 3rd world country, but very few will pay the premium for one made in the US

Yes. These disgruntled workers with falling or stagnating wages, and the unemployed whose jobs have been outsourced overseas, are the primary reasons people are enthused about Sanders & Trump.

“It would be easy to say that we owe it all to the Bush family from Texas, but that would be too simplistic. They are only errand boys for the vengeful, bloodthirsty cartel of raving Jesus-freaks and super-rich money mongers who have ruled for at least the last 20 years, and arguably the last 200 years. They take orders well, and they don’t ask too many questions. The real power in America is held by a fast-emerging new Oligarchy of pimps and preachers who see no need for Democracy or fairness or even trees, except maybe the ones in their own yards, and they don’t mind admitting it. They worship money and power and death. Their ideal solution to all the nation’s problems would be another 100 Year War. Coming of age in a fascist police state will not be a barrel of fun for anybody, much less for people like me, who are not inclined to suffer Nazis gladly and feel only contempt for the cowardly flag-suckers who would gladly give up their outdated freedom to live for the mess of pottage they have been conned into believing will be freedom from fear. Ho ho ho. Let’s not get carried away here. Freedom was yesterday in this country. Its value has been discontinued. The only freedom we truly crave today is freedom from Dumbness. Nothing else matters.”

What’s with all these super long manifesto replies? You’ve got to relax. Every president I’ve lived under was considered the worst in his day by at least 50% of the populace….and my little microcosm of a life has gone on just fine.

Uncle Buccs- I’d guess your life has gone on fine because you haven’t needed the government to do something serious and significant for you, or not do something serious and significant against you. I say this with no ill-will, just as a possible reason why you feel this way.

mx – I can’t argue w/ that. I did ponder while typing that comment that if I were a jacked up soldier, or family of one, I’d be singing a different tune. Stay out of the military, young people…

I have had relatives in the military and one is still there. My niece committed suicide after she returned from being a soldier in the Middle East. My nephew is still enlisted but finally got a tour of duty not in the M.E., thank God.. That’s why I care a great deal whether a presidential candidate is belligerent or crazy enough to invade several countries at once, for no apparent reason.

And if Bernie isn’t nominated, I’ll take Hillary. I think she will be less bad than the GOP people. However, she would still be bad, as she is too cozy with the neocons who got us into Iraq in the first place.

I miss the entertaining and clever FLY. If we want ignorant dumb shit politics then we can attempt to locate Fox biz on our cable boxes. Ever since you abandoned picking stocks in favor of my grandpap’s SPY you’re anger has been channeled into nutty politics. Maybe an alien has taken hold of you through some Space Orbital Cannon proton reversal phenomenon. Come on man..get it together!

Frog, you said everything you needed to say a long time ago. I reckon you are a propagandabot…on the basis that you have not really studied the issues on which you go on about. A paid troll perhaps? I do not rule it out.

There are plenty of other outlets whereby you can spew the bot line. Why don’t you find them?
