I am headed to NYC next week for the first time (I don’t count the hopelessly inept National-Lampoon-Vacation-style trip with my parents in the 80?s). Looking for recommendations to do, see, and eat. I’ll be there 3 days.
Metropolitan Museum of Art (pay what you can afford).
Shake Shack (Madison Sq. Park)
Ground Zero
Little Italy, Chinatown- eat where the locals go
Ride the subways- don’t stare at anybody and don’t wear a BoSox hat
Somebody is forgetting to mention any Blarney Stone bar for a fast taste and gag at a real NYC joint. Please, no one tell me they are all closed now, I would feel so old remembering the vicious headaches.
