If IYG moves then so will XLF as they are similar financial ETFs and that is a good sign for a continuation of a rally. I believe WFC reports today.

VXX does not have support levels. Track the underlying index (the VIX) if you want to chart it out.

Yeah, usually in a paired trade. I’m currently long VXZ and short VXX in a magical ratio that allows contango and future month roll-over work in my favor and keep risk low.

McClellan Summation Index suggests this may the beginning of a longer-term, multi-week rally. The repeating pattern is showing up again in this reliable indicator. We had the head-fake move from 6/10 to 7/7, and then the rally lifts off from here.

If we know the economy is going to pull down housing again for the second time, not because of bad loans, but unfortunitly because the economy will force good credit worthy homeowners to have to sell their home. What stocks will start to rise as a result of this crisis. The housing thing seems to never end. Maybe within 5 years will pull out of this grinding mess.
