a long time fan here, so i have a couple of questions regarding FTK:
– On the ppt site you mentioned that you recovered 400K with yesterday’s move, which put you position at about 1-1.3M shares and given the size of the float you are most likely a 5% + holder.
so did you file a SEC declaration? i couldn’t see you on the Yahoo Finance major holders list.
– Second, according to the same list , the biggest insider holder have maybe 700k and the biggest institutional holder is at 800K with the median of institutional holdings at 300-400K

In short, I don’t run a hedge fund and have a multitude of indiv accounts. Therefore, because they are NOT POOLED, filing is not necessary, since I do not control them.
