BTW, Fly, please let me know what you think happens in 30 days when the bullshit “deadline” for Greece ends. The big news is out however, now that SPG was given GGP. What else can they do to keep SPG up with vacancies mounting.

So If memory serves me correctly you are selling MAS at a loss, what is your rationale with regards to why it will not perform? Since you have picked it up it has underperformed the market, isent there an expectation it will rebound? thoughts?
