Look Ma, I’m Winning Again

Pardon my tardiness, I’ve been extraordinarily busy these days, dealing with the important business of responsible money management, unlike most of you clowns.

I’ll make this very, very brief.

We’re going higher people. Get your salsa shoes ready, because we’re about to dance on some bear graves here. Since I’m already fully invested, I am not buying anything at the moment. However, I can tell you with a certain amount of “vigor,” Flotek Industries, Inc. [[FTK]] is boot stomping higher old friends. The stock is out of the dog house and it’s biting marbles, as we speak.

Also, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. [[GMCR]] is the fuck out of here. See you short sellers at $120.

Finally, on this dip, I’d be a buyer of Cummins Inc. [[CMI]] . I offer no story or elaborate reason as to why CMI is cheap. Just know, while you’re home annoying your pretty wife by snoring like a pig, “The Fly” is in space rockets finding cheap stocks to buy.

Finally, in true space alien magician fashion, I’m calling for $106 on W.W. Grainger, Inc. [[GWW]] by Friday. Let’s write these fucking ideas down and quit wasting time.

Speaking of winning again – personal story – I signed up for Woodshedder’s Power Dip System this weekend. Easily paid for itself (1 year) the first day. By day 2, it covered a year in the PPT.

I haven’t even explored the halls of the PPT yet. Thanks to “climate change” I am wearing thermal underwear and sweats to trade in (threw out the burlap jacket as a new year’s resolution) – obviously not proper attire for the PPT. Oh well, it’s not costing me anything now – and we have a couple hundred more days to trade and bank coin this year.

So what are you clowns waiting for? Sign up. Obviously, “Your mileage may vary”

    Now I shall disappear.

Keyser, you need to go to Ted Baker (accompanied by Jason Treu) and purchase a fine blazer so that you might be worthy of the Fly’s company.

Seriously people, stop with the fig bullshit. It might be true but that has nothing to do with the f’tards who feel the need to refresh their browsers all day just waiting for The Fly to speak then cream their pants at the chance that they might be listed first in the comments.

I just shorted a huge chunk of IWM at 64.13. You will not win fly. I will come out ahead this year with my bearish thesis.

I don’t understand how the market no longer goes down at all. I get the bullish trend, and have since mid-march. That said, at least there was some healthy give and take before. WTF is going on now is just strange. Nothing but up, essentially. No matter what.

Let me explain why the market will not go down. You have mid-term elections coming up where the entire House of Representatives, 39 Governors and 37 Senators are up for election. Usually, the President’s popularity poll is a good indicator of what the mid-term elections will be like.
Obama is unpopular and so it appears the election will be skewed towards the Republicans. Some Democrats are even dropping out before the campaign has even begun. Who do Republicans favor? They are anti-regulation, anti-taxes, and tend to shrink government. This is good for businesses and corporations. The stock market prefers Republicans .

Also, the market tends to go up for on average about 15 months after the bottom.

You have two events the historical bottom behavior and mid-term elections. I believe in October we might see that correction, but at this point I dont know if it will be any sooner.

        Interestign take…

I really do understand the overall up-trend — what i don’t get is how its turned into a one-way drift each and every day (more or less).

I think it’s a bit simpler than Mike’s explanation, although I believe he’s got a point with the mid-terms but for different reasons.

The market’s going up because no one expected it to. There were too many bears, and they’re getting clubbed to death. We can’t even get a decent correction, because the ADB’s keep coming in. I’m long until I’m not. I’m watching the PPT and Dr. Fly. End of story.

Mike – I think the mid-terms are important because we may get a return of gridlock or even partial gridlock. The markets love it when Washington is stuck in the mud and can’t cause too much damage. Too many of either side whether R or D, creates too many unfunded promises.

Love how the Reps shrunk the gov’t before Obbie got in. Cut taxes with the deficit where it stands not to mention the debt and IOUs for medicare and social security. Oh, lets try deregulating the financial industry, that should help, no problems could be created doing that!

The anticipation of recovery, the liquidity, the momentum, the emerging markets are all factors that are still in place. The daily small steps upward are knawing away at the bears. We may well get a speculative blow-off marking the final capitulation of the bears, when the fear and panic of missing out becomes too much. Plus all the economists are totally gloom and doom. Agree with Michael also, elections and unemployment will keep the liquidity flowing.

    Mr. Fly,

You’ve mentioned that you’re going acquire shares of SD this year, in size. I’m just curious why you seem to be a little light, by your standards, in the stock; also, what you might be waiting for to go “Full Fly” into SD.
