In my case I am also concerned that the loss of talent we are going to experience is going to be a major hindrance going forward and I am no longer sure I want to stick around to see how it unfolds.
Therefore my goals for this year are to improve my trading skills to the point where I can offset the loss of my salary and move on to things that are more enjoyable and more profitable.

When my son didn’t play the first two tournaments in his college career as a Freshman I didn’t even give it a thought about hassling the coach although I did feel bad for my kid and I know he felt worse being left behind in the dorms with the others on those 4 day weekends, Note: He played every tournament after that for 4 years.

My 2010 Space oddysey dream from last night.
This photograph on Mars tells a story. The Mars cydonia complex contains three pyramids that are irregularly shaped and with a human skull sphinx to it’s right, followed by the face on Mars even further to the right. The image overall is one of a lion with it’s cub. The crown of the lion consist of sister starts (the sun and it’s sister that will return). The lion is staring at the arrangements of planets (one of which is the earth, most likely the skull).
