In my latest post, I have described that I have now over 200 short positions once again. Today I made $988 on one and if you multiply that by 200 then that comes out to nearly 200 grand in short time.
Its this kind of trading and wizardry that has put me in the position I am today. Tonight I can sleep well knowing that I have shorted nearly half the components of the S&P.
Now you are saying to yourself, wait a second Tim? Why didnt you just load up with the triple short S&P etf or some other derivative instead of creating what looks to be an inverse mutual fund. I am very selective with my picks and my formula has caused me to be a winner since March.
Now I would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Morgan from Arkansas who have allowed me 200,000 of their cash to trade. These are sophisticated investors who have followed my blog since 2006. They are both retired and now just sit at home all day watching re-runs of Mad Money. I am gracious for the opportunity of trading your retirement money. I will take care of the money that Mr. Morgan raised from cleaning the toilets at the local public school for over 20 years.
I put in my application for the PPT, but I wonder why Fly isnt responding. I have a proven track record of performance.

If I was you, and if you believe this thing is going to go sour soon, I’d buy some puts on the SPY. Maybe some Jans. They are trading at great prices right now therefore making the protection cheap.
Then again if you listen to Fly this thing is never going down at least no time soon.
I have been buying a few Jan 105’s they are trading at like 3 bucks right now, looks like a good risk /reward to me.

I’m not an Obama hater… In fact I think he’s doing a good job, but there are a number of forces arranged against the world returning to its usual business of never-ending growth.
In fact I don’t think it can continue for much longer, and in the next 10 years the US (along with everyone else) is going to feel some real pain.
Beginning last week of October and continuing through the entire month of November – stay out of the market if you are long biased. We go down in November – true story.

Lucas is a guy that wrote me who comes from Indiana. He just started trading the Japanese Yen futures about 2 years ago. Now you are saying, wait a second, this guy seems to be a little light in the experience area and maybe its somewhat irresponsible to highlight such a person who is trading as volatile security as the Japanese Yen futures. Out of all the posters on my site, Lucas seems like the most sane one and Im sure you wouldnt be able to understand the P-Wave theories that are posted by all of the other posters to the site day in and day out.
I know Fly has criticized me for some of my irresponsible behavior, but I want to clean up my act. These new guest writers will add a leg of responsibility to the site.
Now I am going to manage my 200 or so short positions. Holy mackrel! In the time its taken me to write this all of my short positions are in the red.

I believe SMH has hit some kind of a triple top going back about 5 weeks to the Friday morning when Intc pre-announced in the pre-market (about 8:40) and it gapped up about 4-5%. I believe it has hit that number three times now and then sells off.
