There has been a lot of management and board quarrels however I think they could end up getting resolved. Some of the properties are really good quality and I think the assets are worth much more than the price which has been discounted quite a lot for having a volatile share register.

ummm me. Dude I regressed. I was always the picture of gadgetry in the 80’s and 90’s-Reuters pocket watch, later a cell phone. Now I don’t even carry my phone around and just use it as a car phone in the car. Most of m,y calls are from a land line. I can’t ever recall to take the cell phone with me when i get out of the car.

anyway, I still have a land line and will never get rid of it. Cell phones can go down at anytime. Land lines work even if the powergrid is out, which means if you have no power, you can still call someone and your cell phone will only work if you have the ability to recharge it, and hope, during emergency type times (hurricanes, snowstorms, etc.) that cell towers are even up and running.
We had a cell tower down here in my town just the other day, nice bright, calm sunny day, but the tower was down and because of that “one” tower my cell phone reception was so bad I had to call Verizon to find out what was up…..one tower down, and everyone on the north side of town could not hear anything due to the very bad signal….. “Land lines are Life lines” make a note….
Remember that in a pullback like this, the real bulls take the fore first. So make sure you’re looking at exchanging some gold for your ice cream cone when the Good Humour man (with clown shoes) comes a ringing.
