His late brother Chris Penn partied with me on my boat in Malibu in the summer once (July 1997) He was a big-ass party hearty s.o.b. (R.I.P., Chris)
Sean was nothing like his brother. He is a cynical, chain-smoking bastard. He also is a brilliant actor. Between his 3 pack a day cigarette habit, that is.
