Despite my belief that all dips should be bought like “Pac-man drunk on vitamins,” I’ve been selling out of my small cap positions, into strength. I sold out of SONS, SD and ARUN, and will look to sell more, providing the market is kind to me.
Attention detractors: I am not switching my opinion from one hour ago. Instead, I am in the process of reallocating assets towards bigger market cap companies. The penny stock bonanza is great, while it lasts. However, when the party ends (FTK, TMR), all you are left with is some old sea-hag, with saggy tits and a receding hairline.
I view my foray into the underbelly of the market as an experience, which thankfully provided me with a much needed “power boost,” with repsects to my year to date performance numbers. However, like everything else in life, all things must come to an end.
What’s left of my small cap portfolio includes LVLT, TMR, ATHR, FTK, SD (I sold 90% of my position), FLOW, ABK, GMO, BRCD and OVTI.
As you read this now, my cash position stands at 65%. I will be patient with my new buys. I see the market has reversed and gone lower. So, with that in mind, I will go eat a sandwich.

very easy morning. i woke up b4 9 to watch the crazy jump we had this morning, and unfortunately the plummet to follow. i day traded the bottom of faz then bought alil on the way up for an easy 1%gain for my final trade. (up 4.3%today)now that im looking back im thinking yesterday and the day b4 were the 2 days out of the first 20 with this new method of trading in which i probably would have been down or close to being down(i was close but finished up the last 2 days 9% total). what makes me hesitant about this market is how every day it opens high and plunges. up 50points on the dow off the bat this morning then it plunges to -100 points for the day within 2 hrs. we are overbought here. ppl try to shrug off the bad news but how long can that really last. this crazy 8 week rally only happened bcuz the dow plummeted to 6500 on march 6 and since then it has just been a simple pullback to the upside. ppl see it as the end of the great depression but even the govt agrees its not, hence their bs stress tests which only test 10% unemployment and its effects on the bank. well should unemployment somehow get to 12% we are all fucked. i wouldnt even be surprised if the market switches and ends the day positive. china and england closed positive in there last sessions in all of their exchanges. could the us be the catalyst which throws the rest of the world into a downward spiral again? i think so. the missing part of the equation for that to happen is ppl losing faith again. afterall thats all this 8 week rally was based upon. 2 mons ago it was armeggedon according to cnbc; things could change fast any moment. ppl see every business going up around them even though everything sucks in reality and they increase their production at their own business as well as almost a way to hedge their bet that the market doesnt return to its slope(which may i remind u is STILL steeper than 1929-1932 even with this insane fucktard rally of the last 2 mons). everyone in their right mind knows these problems cant be fixed as fast as the market has rallied the last 8weeks. for christs sake there are more 5x gainers since march 6 than foreigners at disneyworld. by this rally continuing it solidifies a continually larger crash for the summer. in the mean time faith and faith alone might take our market to 10k. we’re back to our old ways, for now. i say give it til july and this market will be fucked to the millionth degree. the market takes the stairs up and the elevator down. greed and fear. will faith win the war? anyone smart will tell you a depression of this magnitude will be longer and deeper than most ppl expect. 95%of traders lose money. history ALWAYS repeats its self. good luck to you all
